What a wonderful week we have had on our #IsleOfWight2018 residential.  It has been smiles and sunshine for the week.  Today, the children finished packing their bags and clearing their rooms so as soon as breakfast was finished we could wave goodbye to our hotel and set off to Amazon World, our final visit.  At Amazon World, we  saw lots of exotic birds and animals and creatures and even got to stroke a wallaby.  Once we had finished, we travelled to the ferry and enjoyed our lunch as we sailed away from our adventure island. Everyone is looking forwards to a nice sleep tonight.

One of the best aspects of our trip has been the behaviour of the children.  They have been a credit to the school and lots of adults in the various places we have visited have commented on how polite and well mannered they have been.  Well done Year 6.  Everyone is already looking forward to the Year 6 Isle of Wight assembly on the 14th June to see them recap their experiences to the school!
