Getting to grips with the objective: 'What does the chronology of Roman Britain look like?'. We used scaled chronology (1cm=1 Year) to represent some of the significant events in Roman Britain. Good Job, 4H! https://t.co/oswWTjMlSN

Year 4 had a fantastic Roman Day with Mike from Portals to the Past, on Tuesday. We learned so much and the children were amazing! Thank you to the parents/carers for all of your support putting together costumes! https://t.co/dYPysDqoU3

Visited St Catherine's Hospice today for the first time - what an amazing job they do for the community and beyond! Whyteleafe School has raised an incredible £1158.35 so far and here I am handing over the fantastic plaque that Sofia Roata created for the 'Young Hearts Project' https://t.co/rHI0XXd9Dx

NSPC warning over "Fortnite"

NSPCC warning over popular game Fortnite

The NSPCC have launched new advice for parents amid concerns over a game function that automatically allows users to speak to other players through voice and text chat functions.  This means that children may be open to being contacted by strangers.  According to research conducted by the NSPCC, 25% of children had already been contacted online by a stranger.

They have advised parents to turn off the voice chat system in the game to ensure children avoid inappropriate contact.
