E-Safety Workshop

E-safety Parent and Carer Workshop hosted by Childnet

We would like to invite you to an E-Safety workshop we are hosting on the 22nd of May.  The talk will be hosted by Childnet, a specialist in internet safety, who have worked with hundreds of schools and charities advising them and parents on how to stay safe online (please see http://www.childnet.com for more details).

There will be two talks, 2pm - 3pm and 7pm - 8pm, and they are free.  Please find a letter attached which you can either print out or return completed to info@whyteleafeschool.org.  Letters will also be available from the school office.  Please note that the talk is for parents only.

The Childnet team aim to equip parents with the knowledge on how to protect children online and empower them with practical advice to implement in their online lives.  These sessions are an excellent way of sharing online safety messages with our parent community to encourage young people’s responsible internet use and to help reflect the positive attitudes we all hope to instil in our children both in and out of school.
